Centre for Social Work / Welfare There is one social welfare institution dealing with social cases, assisting them with stipends from UNMIK. They will also pay the electricity bills for social cases, but this will probably start in September (not started yet). They deal with family problems, with adoption, divorced couples, finding shelter for elderly - usually sending them to Prishtina/Pristina, as their capacity to resolve this issue is very low. They have a shelter program, but at the moment they cannot provide shelter to anyone, as they have no means.
